50A Application for concession bus ticket
(a) the person applies to the operator of a bus service for a
concession bus ticket; and
(b) the application includes information; and
(3) A person must not be prosecuted for an offence against both this
section and section 70AP (Application for concession light rail ticket)
in relation to the same ticket.
