48 Bus ticket not transferable (a) holds a valid bus ticket for a journey; and (b) before the journey ends— (i) transfers the ticket to someone else; or Bus tickets Part 3.2 (ii) offers to transfer the ticket to someone else. (3) This section does not apply if— (b) the transfer is authorised by the road transport authority or the accredited operator of the bus service.
