308 Production of driver authority card
(1) A person who drives a public passenger vehicle for hire or reward
commits an offence if the person fails to produce the person’s driver
authority card for inspection when required to do so by a police
officer or authorised person.
Note 1 For the power to suspend, vary or cancel a public vehicle licence, see the
Road Transport (Driver Licensing) Regulation 2000, div 5.2.
Note 2 For the power to disqualify a person who is exempt from holding a public
vehicle licence from driving a public vehicle on a road or road related
