290 Getting on and getting off demand responsive service
(1) A person must not get on or off a DRS vehicle—
(a) while the vehicle is moving; or
(b) through a window of the vehicle (including a window used as an
emergency exit) or a roof hatch (if any).
(3) Subsection (1) does not apply if the person has a reasonable excuse.
