254 Keeping and inspection etc of records about demand responsive service vehicles (1) This section applies to a person who is or has been the authorised operator of a DRS vehicle. (2) The person must— (4) The road transport authority, police officer or authorised person may subsection (2) (b) or (c).
(5) This section does not apply to a recording made by a security camera in a DRS vehicle. Note For the keeping and destruction of security camera recordings, see s 264 (2).
