241 Production of authorisation
(1) A DRS authorisation-holder must not fail to produce the person’s
authorisation for inspection when required to do so by the road
transport authority, a police officer or an authorised person.
(3) Subsection (1) does not apply if—
(a) the authorisation-holder has a reasonable excuse for failing to
produce the authorisation when required to do so; and
(b) as soon as practicable, but no later than 3 days after the day of
being required to produce the authorisation, the
