238 Authorisation-holders to notify change of name or
(1) If the name or home address of a DRS authorisation-holder changes,
the authorisation-holder must, as soon as practicable but no later than
14 days after the day the change happens, give the road transport
authority—
(a) written notice of the change; and
(b) the authorisation issued to the authorisation-holder.
Maximum penalty: 1 penalty unit.
(2) If a DRS authorisation is returned to the road transport authority, the
authority must amend the authorisation or issue another authorisation
for the remainder of the period of the authorisation that it replaces.
