235 Form of authorisations
(1) A DRS authorisation issued to a person must—
(a) state the authorisation number allocated to the person; and
(b) state the person’s full name and address; and
(c) describe the kind of public passenger service that may be
operated under the authorisation (including, for example, the
matters mentioned in the Act, section 83 (2) (a)); and
(d) state the kinds of vehicles that may be used to operate the DRS
under the authorisation; and
(e) state the expiry date of the authorisation.
(2) An authorisation may also include any additional information that the
road transport authority considers appropriate.
