224 Bookable vehicle driver—noncompliance notices (b) a noncompliance notice is in force for the bookable vehicle; and (c) the person uses the bookable vehicle for a hiring. Note Noncompliance notice—see the Act, s 120 (1). (3) This section does not apply if a police officer or authorised person has, under the Act, section 120 (Attachment and removal of noncompliance notices), directed that the notice be taken to have been removed.
