17 Production of certificate of accreditation
(a) the person is accredited for a particular kind of regulated service;
and
(b) a police officer or authorised person asks to see the person’s
certificate of accreditation for the service; and
(c) the person fails to produce the certificate of accreditation for
inspection—
(i) by the police officer or authorised person; or
(ii) within 3 days at the place directed by the police officer or
