169 Issue or amendment of hire car licence subject to
(1) A hire car licence may be issued (including renewed) subject to a
condition imposed by the road transport authority.
(2) A hire car licence may be amended by the road transport authority to
impose a condition to which the licence is to be subject or to amend
or revoke a condition to which the licence is already subject.
