160 Authority may exempt wheelchair-accessible taxi drivers from approved training course (1) The road transport authority may, in writing, exempt a person from the requirement mentioned in section 98 (a) (which is about the successful completion of an approved wheelchair-accessible taxi driver training course). (2) An exemption may be conditional. (3) If an exemption is given subject to conditions, the exemption applies only if all the conditions are being complied with.
