16 Replacement of certificate of accreditation
(1) The road transport authority may issue a replacement certificate of
accreditation to the holder of the accreditation if satisfied that the
certificate of accreditation has been lost, stolen or destroyed.
(2) For subsection (1), the road transport authority may require the holder
of the accreditation to give the authority a statement verifying that the
certificate has been lost, stolen or destroyed.
