12 Accreditation and certificates of accreditation
(1) If the road transport authority accredits a person to operate a regulated
service, the authority must give the person a certificate of
accreditation.
(2) The certificate of accreditation must show—
(a) the accreditation number allocated to the person; and
(b) the person’s full name; and
(c) the kind of accreditation; and
(d) the expiry date of the accreditation.
(3) The certificate of accreditation may also show any additional
information that the authority considers appropriate.
(4) The maximum period for which the road transport authority may
accredit a person (or renew an accreditation) to operate a regulated
service is 6 years.
(5) An accreditation is not transferable.
