116 Wheelchair-accessible taxi driver—WTBS’s procedures
and rules
(b) the person is—
(i) an affiliated operator for a WTBS; or
(ii) a driver for an affiliated operator for a WTBS; and
(c) the WTBS gives the person the WTBS’s approved procedures
and rules; and
(d) the person does not comply with the WTBS’s approved
procedures and rules.
