101B Wheelchair-accessible taxi operator—WTBS’s approved
procedures and rules
(a) the person is an—
(i) accredited operator of a wheelchair-accessible taxi; and
(ii) affiliated operator for a WTBS; and
(b) the WTBS gives the person the WTBS’s approved procedures
and rules; and
(c) the person does not comply with the WTBS’s approved
procedures and rules.
