100 Keeping and inspection etc of records about taxis (1) A person who is or has been the accredited operator of a taxi must— made or in force under the Act, including any regulation and service standards (see Legislation Act, s 104). (3) The road transport authority, police officer or authorised person may subsection (1) (b) or (c). (4) This section does not apply to a recording made by a security camera in a taxi.
