10 Issue or amendment of accreditation subject to
(1) An accreditation may be issued or renewed subject to a condition
imposed by the road transport authority.
(2) An accreditation may be amended by the road transport authority to
impose a condition to which the accreditation is to be subject or to
amend or revoke a condition to which the accreditation is already
subject.
