84 Demand responsive services—regulations about authorisations A regulation may make provision in relation to authorisations to operate demand responsive services, including, for example— (a) the term of authorisations; and (b) the conditions of authorisations; and (c) matters relating to the giving, refusal or surrender of an authorisation; and
