77 Regulations about operation of hire cars A regulation may make provision in relation to the operation of hire cars, including, for example— (a) the solicitation of passengers or hirings; and (b) the hiring of vehicles; and (e) the regulation or prohibition of the use of vehicles on certain (f) the design, equipment and fittings (internal or external) of Regulation of hire car services Division 7.4 (g) the regulation or prohibition of notices, signs and advertisements inside or on the outside of vehicles; and (h) the records to be made and kept, how they are to be made and (i) approval of uniforms or industry codes of practice for dress standards.
