68 Meaning of restricted hire car
A restricted hire car is a vehicle (other than a bus, taxi, rideshare
vehicle or demand responsive service vehicle) that—
(a) is used, or is intended to be used, for the transport of passengers
under a contract; and
(b) does not stand or ply for hire for the transport of passengers
along a road or road related area; and
(c) is licensed under the regulations as a restricted hire car.
