60E Rideshare driver must be accredited (a) is a rideshare driver for a rideshare carried out in, or partly in, the ACT; and (b) is not an accredited rideshare driver. (2) This section does not apply to a person in relation to a rideshare if— (a) the person is authorised to operate a rideshare service under the law of another jurisdiction; and (b) the rideshare starts in that jurisdiction and is completed in the ACT; and (c) the rideshare is of a kind that the person is authorised to operate under the law of that jurisdiction.
