57 Regulations about operation of taxis
A regulation may make provision in relation to the operation of taxis,
(a) the solicitation of passengers or hirings; and
(b) the hiring of vehicles and the payment of fares; and
(e) the regulation or prohibition of the use of vehicles on certain

advertisements inside or on the outside of vehicles; and
