57 Regulations about operation of taxis A regulation may make provision in relation to the operation of taxis, (a) the solicitation of passengers or hirings; and (b) the hiring of vehicles and the payment of fares; and (e) the regulation or prohibition of the use of vehicles on certain (f) the design, equipment and fittings (internal or external) of (g) the regulation or prohibition of notices, signs and advertisements inside or on the outside of vehicles; and Regulation of taxi services Division 5.4 (h) the records to be made and kept by drivers, how they are to be made and kept, and their inspection; and (i) the provision, use and operation of taxi zones.
