25 Regulations about operation of public buses A regulation may make provision in relation to the operation of public buses, including, for example— (a) the regulation or prohibition of the use of public buses on certain (b) the picking-up and dropping-off of passengers and other matters (c) the records to be made and kept by, how they are to be made and (e) the regulation or prohibition of the transport of passengers standing in or on any part of a public bus; and (f) the maximum speed of public buses; and (g) the prohibition of anyone from soliciting for passengers or for a hiring; and (h) the design, equipment and fittings (internal or external) of public buses; and (i) the sections, terminal points and bus stops on bus routes; and (j) the regulation or prohibition of notices, signs and advertisements inside or on the outside of public buses.
