16A Condition applying to plan allowing instalment payments—Act, s 31B (7) (b) The plan is subject to the condition that the person must tell the administering authority for the plan in writing if the person is unable, because of a change in the person’s financial circumstances, to make a payment under the plan. Note The person must tell the administering authority as soon as possible (see Legislation Act, s 151B).
