#### 93 TfNSW guidelines 93 TfNSW guidelines > > (1) Transport for NSW may establish TfNSW guidelines for the purposes of this Part. > > > (2) Transport for NSW must publish the TfNSW guidelines— > > > > > (a) on a publicly accessible website maintained by Transport for NSW, or > > > > > (b) if the website referred to in paragraph (a) is not available—on a publicly accessible government website. > > > (3) To the extent a provision of this Regulation requires a parking authority to comply with TfNSW guidelines, a parking authority is not entitled to provide or charge for parking in a pay parking space or pay parking area if it fails to comply with the guidelines. > > > (4) For the purposes of this section, a parking authority is taken to have complied with the TfNSW guidelines until the contrary is proved.
