#### 84 Establishment of pay parking schemes 84 Establishment of pay parking schemes > > (1) A parking authority may establish and operate a pay parking scheme for a road within its area of operations by— > > > > > (a) setting aside pay parking spaces or pay parking areas in a road within its area of operations in accordance with TfNSW guidelines, and > > > > > (b) fixing the fees for parking a vehicle in a pay parking space or pay parking area. > > > (2) A parking authority may install devices for use in connection with payment of the fees (pay parking device).
