#### 62 Exemption by permit 62 Exemption by permit > > (1) Transport for NSW may, on application by a person, issue a permit exempting the person from the operation of a provision of section 60(1). > > > (2) An application for a permit must— > > > > > (a) be in writing and in a form approved by Transport for NSW, and > > > > > (b) be accompanied by the fee specified in Schedule 1. > > > (3) The permit must set out any conditions of the exemption, if any. > > > (4) Transport for NSW may, if it considers it appropriate to do so, waive or refund payment of all or part of a fee payable under this section.
