#### 43 Disposal or destruction of seized motor vehicle or trailer in accordance with direction of Commissioner of Police 43 Disposal or destruction of seized motor vehicle or trailer in accordance with direction of Commissioner of Police > A motor vehicle or trailer seized under this Division may be disposed of or destroyed in accordance with the directions of the general manager if, within 3 months after the date on which the motor vehicle or trailer was seized, the responsible person has failed to— > > > (a) claim the motor vehicle or trailer, or > > > (b) pay the amount referred to in section 42(3)(d).
