24 Authorised laboratories and prescribed laboratories

(1) For the Act, Schedule 3, clause 22(3), definition of authorised laboratory, the following laboratories are prescribed—

(a) the laboratory at the NSW Health Pathology Forensic & Analytical Science Service at Lidcombe,

(b) the laboratory at the NSW Health Pathology Forensic & Analytical Science Service at North Ryde.

(2) For the Act, Schedule 3, clause 23, definition of prescribed laboratory, the following laboratories are prescribed—

(a) the laboratory at the NSW Health Pathology Forensic & Analytical Science Service at Lidcombe,

(b) the laboratory at the NSW Health Pathology Forensic & Analytical Science Service at North Ryde.
