#### 21 Substances prescribed as drugs for the purposes of the definition of “drug” in the Act, s 4(1) 21 Substances prescribed as drugs for the purposes of the definition of “drug” in the Act, s 4(1) > For the purposes of the Act, section 4(1), definition of drug, paragraph (c), the following are prescribed as drugs— > > > (a) substances listed in Schedule 3, > > > (b) substances that are salts, isomers, esters or ethers of a substance listed in Schedule 3, > > > (c) substances that are salts of the isomers, esters or ethers referred to in paragraph (b).
