#### 159 Royal Botanic Gardens and Domain Trust Act 1980 159 [Royal Botanic Gardens and Domain Trust Act 1980](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1980-019) > > (1) For the purposes of the Act, section 14(5), a provision of the [Royal Botanic Gardens and Domain Trust Act 1980](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1980-019) relating to parking on Trust lands prevails over an inconsistent provision of the road transport legislation concerning parking. > > > (2) In this section— > > > > provision of the Royal Botanic Gardens and Domain Trust Act 1980 includes a provision of a regulation made under that Act. > > > > Trust lands has the same meaning as in the [Royal Botanic Gardens and Domain Trust Act 1980](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1980-019).
