#### 153 Application of Division 153 Application of Division > > (1) For the purposes of the Act, sections 276(3) and 277(2), the provisions of this Division set out— > > > > > (a) the only manner in which a notice may be given or served— > > > > > > > (i) under the driver licensing law, or > > > > > > > (ii) on the registered operator of a registrable vehicle under the vehicle registration law, and > > > > > (b) the date on which service of a document under the [Road Transport (Driver Licensing) Regulation 2017](/view/html/inforce/current/sl-2017-0450) or the [Road Transport (Vehicle Registration) Regulation 2017](/view/html/inforce/current/sl-2017-0451) is taken to have been effected, and > > > > > (c) additional means of lodging a notice or other document for the purposes of those Regulations with Transport for NSW, and > > > > > (d) the manner in which a notice may be given or served on an individual or a organisation under this Regulation, Part 7. > > > (2) In this Division— > > > > vehicle registration law means— > > > > > (a) the Act, Chapter 4, and > > > > > (b) the [Road Transport (Vehicle Registration) Regulation 2017](/view/html/inforce/current/sl-2017-0451).
