#### 125 Temporary closure of controlled loading zone 125 Temporary closure of controlled loading zone > > (1) A parking authority may, if it decides the use of a controlled loading zone should be temporarily discontinued, close the zone. > > > (2) A controlled loading zone is closed for the purposes of subsection (1) if a sign displaying words to the effect the zone is temporarily closed is erected in, or in close proximity to, the zone.
