108 Change and verification of details of scheme authority holder
> > (1) A holder of a scheme authority must notify Transport for NSW, not more than 14 days after the change, about a change in the holder’s—
> >
> > > (a) name, or
> >
> > > (b) residential address, or
> >
> > > (c) if the holder is an individual—status as a disabled person.
> >
> > Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.

> > (2) If there are reasonable grounds for believing information held by Transport for NSW for the administration of the mobility parking scheme is inaccurate or misleading, Transport for NSW may, by written notice, require the holder of a scheme authority to confirm one or more of the following within 21 days of the giving of the notice—

> > > (a) the holder’s name, or
> >
> > > (b) the holder’s residential address, or
> >
> > > (c) if the holder is an individual—the holder’s status as a disabled person.

> > (3) The holder of the scheme authority must comply with the notice.
> >
> > Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
