105A Application for new authority if expired authority not returned

105A Application for new authority if expired authority not returned

(1) This section applies to an application if—

(a) the application is made after the expiry date of an expired scheme authority held by the applicant, and

(b) when the application is made, the applicant has not returned the expired scheme authority to Transport for NSW.

(2) Transport for NSW may refuse to decide the application until the applicant returns the expired scheme authority to Transport for NSW.
