26 Unauthorised interference with statutory write-off notices
(1) A person commits an offence if the person damages, destroys or
removes a statutory write-off notice attached to a vehicle.
(3) This section does not apply to a person who has a reasonable excuse
for damaging, destroying or removing the notice.
