18 Restrictions on towing

(cf 2008 Reg cl 18)

The holder of a learner licence must not drive a motor vehicle on a road or road related area if the vehicle—

(a) is towing any other vehicle (whether or not a trailer), or

(b) is being towed by any other vehicle.

Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
