#### 13 Conditions of learner licences 13 Conditions of learner licences (cf 2008 Reg cl 13) > A learner licence may be subject to any of the following conditions— > > > (a) a condition specifying the minimum period for which a learner licence must be held before a provisional licence will be issued to the holder, > > > (b) a condition limiting the hours during which and locality in which the learner may drive a motor vehicle.
