> > (1) The holder of a driver licence must notify Transport for NSW, not more than 14 days after the change, about any change in the holder’s—

> > > (a) name, or
> >
> > > (b) residential address, or
> >
> > > (c) address for the service of notices.

> > Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.

> > (2) The new residential address advised of by the licence holder must be an address in this State at which Transport for NSW may ordinarily make personal contact with the holder.

> > (4) The holder of a driver licence must, as soon as practicable, notify Transport for NSW of any permanent or long term injury or illness that may impair the licence holder’s ability to drive safely.
