73U Court-ordered therapeutic program (1) This section applies to a person mentioned in section 73T (1) (Mandatory interlock condition). (2) Before the person is sentenced, a report must be prepared for the court by the court alcohol and drug assessment service (CADAS) that assesses whether any form of therapeutic treatment or program might assist the person and, if so, makes recommendations about an appropriate treatment or program.
