73R Drug awareness course—approval (1) The road transport authority may approve a course (a drug awareness course) about the effects of prescribed drugs, including their effects on driving and health. (2) Without limiting subsection (1), the road transport authority may approve–– (a) a drug awareness course for first offenders; and (b) a drug awareness course for repeat offenders.
