141 Meaning of recognised country (1) For this regulation, a recognised country, in relation to a foreign driver licence, means a country listed as a recognised country by Austroads and published on its website from time to time. Note The list of recognised countries is available at www.austroads.com.au. (2) The Legislation Act, section 47 (6) does not apply to the list of recognised countries.
