132 Demerit points incurred by probationary licence holders (1) This section applies to a person if the person incurs 2 or more demerit points while the person is the holder of a probationary licence issued by the road transport authority. (2) The road transport authority must serve a notice of licence cancellation on the person under section 133.

(3) If the person’s licence is suspended (the current suspension) under a territory law, before serving a notice of licence cancellation the road transport authority must serve a notice on the person stating that— (b) the licence cancellation under section 133 is additional to, not (c) the person will be served with a notice of licence cancellation under section 133.
