13F Precautions for privacy—oral fluid analysis (1) The authorised operator carrying out an oral fluid analysis must take all steps that are practicable to ensure that it is not readily apparent to members of the public that the oral fluid analysis is being carried out. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply if the oral fluid analysis is carried out at a police station.
