#### 7 Meaning of terms relating to registration 7 Meaning of terms relating to registration (cf Gen Act, s 3(1); STM Act, cl 1 of Dict; VR Act, s 4) > > (1) Except as provided by subsections (2) and (3), in this Act registration in relation to a vehicle means registration of the vehicle in the NSW registrable vehicles register, and registered has a corresponding meaning. > > > (2) In this Act, registration in Australia in relation to a vehicle means registration of the vehicle in an Australian registrable vehicles register, and registered in Australia has a corresponding meaning. > > > (3) In this Act, registration in another jurisdiction in relation to a vehicle means registration of the vehicle in an Australian registrable vehicles register (other than the NSW registrable vehicles register), and registered in another jurisdiction has a corresponding meaning.
