#### 67 Ownership of devices, plates or documents 67 Ownership of devices, plates or documents (cf VR Act, s 13) > > (1) Any devices, plates or documents issued by Transport for NSW for the purpose of authorising the use of a registrable vehicle remain the property of Transport for NSW. > > > (2) Without limiting subsection (1), any special number-plate issued by Transport for NSW (whether or not for the purpose of authorising the use of a registrable vehicle) remains the property of Transport for NSW.
