#### 61 Evidence that person is professional driver 61 Evidence that person is professional driver (cf DL Act, s 18A) > > (1) Transport for NSW may, for the purpose of determining whether a person is a professional driver, request the person to provide Transport for NSW with information (including in the form of a statutory declaration) as to the primary work of the person. > > > (2) Transport for NSW is entitled to treat a person who has been requested to provide that information as not being a professional driver unless any such requested information is provided to Transport for NSW in accordance with the request. > > > (3) A request for information under this section may be made in connection with an application by the person for the issue or renewal of a driver licence or by written notice to the person.
