In this Act, an approved interlock device is an interlock device of a type approved by Transport for NSW by order published in the Gazette.
Note.
Transport for NSW may amend, rescind, revoke or repeal an order made under this section. See section 43 of the Interpretation Act 1987 and the definition of repeal in that Act.
