#### 270 Finality of decisions 270 Finality of decisions (cf Gen Act, s 242(3); Gen Reg, cll 14(3), 16(3), 20(6), 23(5), 25(5), 28(5), 29A(5), 29B(6) and 140(7)) > Subject to the statutory rules, the decision of the Local Court in respect of an appeal or original application under this Part is final and is binding on the appellant or applicant and, in the case of an appeal, on the decision-maker who made the decision appealed against.
